    Mike Dougal will join us to answer what is employer branding. He will present the effects of branding on the work culture and how to get started . Join us to learn the great benefits and items of caution. 

    Mike Dougal started his career in human resources with the Federal
    government in 1987, serving in a variety of roles at Aberdeen Proving
    Ground, MD and Fort Ritchie, MD. In 1995 he accepted a Human
    Resource Consultant role with the Pennsylvania Credit Union
    Association. In this position, he designed and delivered fee-based
    human resource consulting products and services for Pennsylvania credit
    unions. At PCUA, he also served as Assistant Vice President, Education
    & Professional Development, where he oversaw the planning and
    delivery of the Association’s education and training programs.
    In 2001, he advanced his career by accepting the position of Director,
    Human Resource Consulting with HRN Performance Solutions where he
    was responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of customized
    HR solutions. He assisted clients in the areas of compensation systems,
    recruiting, benefits, policy development, and performance management.
    Since 2013 Mike has served as Chief Human Resource Officer at Patriot
    Federal Credit Union in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. In this role he
    oversees HR, Training & Development, Culture & Change Management
    as well as Process Improvement. At Patriot, Mike and his team have
    redesigned performance management, recruiting, communication
    systems and management training programs resulting in an improved
    culture with greater employee engagement.
    Mr. Dougal is a 1986 graduate of Shippensburg University and is
    certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the
    Society for Human Resource Management.
