    Main Session Description:

    As companies and organizations increasingly recognize the value of embracing diversity & inclusion, many still struggle with where and how to begin a productive initiative.  A well-structured plan begins with clarity.  A starting point for clarity is putting a vision and mission to pen and paper.  In this session, participants will be introduced to a process to make this happen.

    Learning Objectives:

    1.  For participants to have an increased understanding of D&I

    2.  To provide participants with a starting point for beginning a D&I initiative

    Speaker Bio:

    Toni is Managing Partner with MaxLife, LLC, a coaching and training organization that leads critical workplace conversations.

    For over 20 years she has led and supported organizations in diversity & inclusion, sexual harassment prevention, and employee & organization development.  

    Toni is a past FCSHRM Board member chairing the Diversity & Inclusion Committee.  

    Toni holds a B.A in communications and an M.A. in psychology.  She is certified in executive coaching, organization development, change management, and as a diversity executive.
