Proactive Strategies to Align Your Organization to Business Objectives with Steve Lantz, President & Founder of Lantz Group Management

    Main Session Description:

Strategic planning is integral to a business’ success, setting high-level objectives and
long-term direction for the company. Aligning resources with these objectives is
essential to effectively executing a strategic plan.
Resources associated with marketing plans, capital expenditures, and other
fundamental cost elements are a staple of strategic planning. But often the
organizational structure, people, functions, and skillsets take a back seat, assuming
the organization will adjust to the needs as they unfold.
Organization design, and subsequent adjustments, must be proactive. Reacting to
business changes can leave human resources behind the curve with little time to
fully execute a solid plan, leading to sub-par results not only in the HR department
    but across the overall business.

Without continual consideration given to organizational design a business will
become misaligned and impede implementing long-term objectives. This session is
designed to highlight the need for human resource professionals to be part of the
strategic planning process and ensure the organization remains aligned with the
    direction of the company.
We will highlight the need for proactive assessment of your organization. The
session will include a deep dive into Lantz Group’s Organizational Clean Sheet
Framework, a straightforward process of assessing the current and future needs of
the organization – structure, skillsets, and functions.
After the session, you will be better equipped to support your business’ leadership
    and the strategic planning process.
