    Trivergent Health Alliance HR Generalist

    Summary: The HR Generalist has primary responsibility for recruiting diverse workforce for clinical and nonclinical talent throughout the organization.  The Generalist will source, interview, offer, coordinate pre-employment/new hire paperwork/processing, and engage with new hires at the New Employee Orientation.  The HR Generalist will maintain databases, create, analyze and report metrics and act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates. The HR Generalist will also provide back up support for a wide variety of both complex and routine HR services.

    Summary: The Benefits Coordinator is a person of integrity and respect who is transparent when working with employees regarding their benefits. As a the front facing HR benefits team member, the coordinator will get to know and value the Martin’s employee family going the extra mile to make the employee benefit experience exceptional. The coordinator will be diligent to be compliant and disciplined as well as identify and eliminate unethical habits. As a proactive thinker the benefits coordinator with align with best practices, embracing a mindset of thorough planning and continuous improvement suggesting ways processes can be more efficient and effective. We look to the benefit coordinator to be that positive influencer who enthusiastically represent and promote Martin’s.
